From Our Hands to Yours: What Arrives at Your Door
Your piece travels in an AVRA mailer, with a personal note from Nicole and Brandon and the AVRA box inside. Here is what to expect the day it comes home.
You chose your piece weeks ago. Since then it has been made for you in Miami, finished by hand and checked before it left us. This is the part where it finally comes home.
The mailer
It arrives in a padded bubble mailer with AVRA on the front. Light, protective and easy to spot on the doorstep, so your piece reaches you exactly the way it left our hands.
The note
Open it, and the first thing you will find is a personal note from Nicole and Brandon, the founders of AVRA. We started AVRA for the woman who marks her own milestones, and every order still means something to us. The note is our thank you, written to you.
The box, and your piece
Beneath the note sits the AVRA box, with your piece inside. If you can, open it somewhere with good light. Solid 14k gold and diamonds are at their best the moment they meet daylight, and that first look is worth slowing down for.
Every diamond piece also arrives with its IGI report, so you always know exactly what you are wearing.
Keep the box. It is the best place to rest your piece between wears, away from other jewelry that could scratch it.
If it is a gift
Everything arrives ready to give. If you are sending it to someone you love, the AVRA box is the gift. All she has to do is open it.
