Received a Visa, Mastercard or Amex gift card?

Use it at checkout just like a credit card. One thing to know: checkout takes one card per order, so the gift card's balance needs to cover your full total.

If the balance is smaller than the piece you love, there is an easy way to still use it:

  1. Use it to buy an AVRA gift card for an amount it covers (gift cards come in $50 steps).
  2. Your AVRA gift card code arrives by email in minutes.
  3. Check out with your piece, enter the code, and pay the rest with your own card.

Tip: many prepaid gift cards need to be registered with your name and ZIP code on the card's website before they work online. If yours is declined, that is usually why.

How it works

  1. Choose an amount. Anywhere from $50 to $2,500.
  2. It arrives by email. Your gift card and its code land in your inbox within minutes of checkout, ready to forward or print.
  3. She chooses her piece. Any piece in the collection, in her metal, her size, her way.

Using an AVRA gift card

  • At checkout, enter the code in the box marked Discount code or gift card.
  • If the piece costs more than the card, pay the rest with a credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
  • If it costs less, the remaining balance stays on the card for next time.
  • It does not expire.

Good to know

  • Gift cards can't be used to buy another gift card, and they can't be exchanged for cash.
  • A piece bought with a gift card follows our usual Shipping & Exchanges policy: returned within 20 business days for store credit.
