Allow 4–5 weeks for delivery. Often sooner if the piece is already in stock.
That window covers everything: your piece being made and your piece reaching you. Nearly all of our jewelry is crafted for your order rather than lifted off a shelf, and we would rather give you a date we can keep than one that simply sounds good.
You'll receive tracking the moment your order ships. All orders are fully insured in transit.
Returns & store credit
We want you to love what you keep. Returns are accepted within 20 business days of delivery for store credit only — we do not offer refunds.
Final sale items
Anything customized, personalized, engraved, or made to a special sizing is final sale and non-exchangeable, as it was made uniquely for you.
Starting a return
Email Contact@avrajewelry.co with your order number. Pieces must be returned unworn, in their original AVRA packaging.
