Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes — completely. They share the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as mined diamonds. The only difference is origin.
What metal do you use?
Solid 14k gold throughout. Never plated, never filled.
How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-ship pieces arrive in 1–2 weeks. Made-to-order pieces ship in 2–5 weeks. Most AVRA pieces are made for you rather than pulled off a shelf, and we'd rather build it properly than rush it. You'll get tracking the moment it leaves us.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 20 business days of delivery for store credit or exchange. We don't offer monetary refunds. Return shipping is free for AVRA Insiders. Becoming an Insider is free: sign up with your email at the bottom of any page.

I'm buying a gift early. Will the return window still be open?
Yes. Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 are eligible through January 15, January 5 to February 14 through March 5, and April 1 to Mother's Day through June 1. The recipient can arrange it directly with the order number and the name it was placed under.
What if my piece arrives damaged or incorrect?
That's handled separately from our return policy. Email us and we'll make it right, including on final sale pieces.
