What's set in it
Twenty business days to send it back for store credit, and the return shipping is on us. Engraved and personalised pieces are final sale.
If it isn't right
Hand-finished and inspected in Miami, in small batches. That's why it takes four to five weeks — none of it is sitting in a warehouse.
